SOA Spring Conference 2016 – Knocking Down Walls and Reaching Out: Archives in Our Community

The Society of Ohio Archivists’ Spring Conference was held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the General Session Room at the Quest Conference Center, 8405 Pulsar Place, Columbus, Ohio, 43240.

Registration: Early bird registration fees are $45 for members, $30 for students, and $65 for non-members. Early bird registration closes on Monday, May 2. Regular registration fees are $50 for members, $35 for students, and $70 for nonmembers. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch.  A pdf version of the registration form is available for those who do not wish to register online. Download the form here. Pre-conference registration will close on Friday, May 13. Onsite registration is available, but lunch is not guaranteed for onsite registrants. Onsite registration fees are $60 for members, $40 for students, and $80 for nonmembers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations for a full refund must be made before Friday, May 13 at 5 p.m. For cancellations made prior to this date, your registration fee will be refunded via the method of payment (e.g. credit card to credit card transaction, etc.), minus minimum processing costs if applicable. Please submit cancellation requests to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must include the registrant’s name, email address, membership status, method of payment, and the total amount paid. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund to be processed. No refunds can be given for cancellations made after Friday, May 13, at 5 p.m.
